I got L.O.V.E for this city/ this is why when I left I prayed to God, that he would bring me/ back to my home town, even though m on a mission/ i needed to see my family coz things are very different on the flip side

I'm still chasing on my dreams nd every day i get closer ahh/ It's never really easy, but I know it's so worth it/ Let this be known as my first love letter to all fans/I could probably count all of y'all with only my right hand

But that's beside the point, i wanna let you know it's fine / because the fact is that my music had influence in a life/ i can't express the amount of gratitude I have to Christ/ The type of blessings that I'm living through changing this life

It's hard to say but i need  you to believe, with me/ it hard to be alone when you out here Tryna follow your dreams/ and everywhere you go they Tryna knock you off of your feet/ so you could get up nd brush up, just keep on dreaming nooow

Been Tryna prove that I'm an intelligent writer and very very gifted through the soul of the ink/ that was a shout out to ms Ntsezo, I hope that you making this happen because these gifts were handed to us so that we could change the world, and I think

most people like us rather hang on the brink, of pure greatness, and never take that leap of faith in they hearts to believe/ for be me this music breaths life, every time  I'm in need/ this is the convo we should(a) had way before before we would leave

Somebody told me that there's knowledge in the music/so every time I write a rhyme you should question how I do it/ what it means, don't perceive everything as it seems/ to put it very bluntly I think everybody should lead

Take charge of they own hustle, at the end of the tunnel there's a beautiful light  that'll shine gleam upon you/ I hope this music inspires at least a single person/ at least id know this microphone would be serving its purpose

Reasons to leave

I think I need love right now but I'm dangerous, I'm self destructive to myself and all the people that trust me/ to be somebody to anybody who needs me, it's hard now so baby you better believe me

 this music I'm perusing wont be able to feed me/ this is the only reason I can't bring you along/ I need you to be as sweet as can be but promise me that you'll find a way to smile and to sing to this song

It just the hunger of the city, Cape Town if you listen closely you can hear the desperation in my voice/ this was supposed to be the the voice of the people/ I'm feeble, I need you to be there, I just wish I could see ya

I was supposed to be the chosen one/but you chose me so I'm blessed either way whether I like it or not/Stop making all of my mistakes your own,/ although the only mistake I've ever really made was to chase the dream

Just Getting by

Ey we've arrived in this city so lets follow our dreams/ I thought it'd be easy just drop a track and all would be green / but just as it seems, it's only just the start of this scene/ the start of a chapter that even I couldn't have dreamed of

With these church bells hollering at me/ although I can't be held back, but I still really want you to get me/ it isn't over till the fat lady sings to this song/ it's getn harder though I gotta say a prayer to stay strong

Got a couple great friends that still keeping in touch/ overlooking the distance that tried to separate us/ those are the type of people you need to attract in your life/ The ones who call to see how you've been, and if you are alright

I got love for the people and the music altogether, gotta smile for moment and know its goin be alright
